Carry-Out Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked and drained
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper; set aside.
    Brown beef; add flour.
    Combine beef, vegetables and tomato sauce; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients and divide into two 9 x 13-inch pans or large casserole dishes. (This freezes well, so one casserole can be saved for a future time.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 16 servings.
    This is an excellent casserole for potlucks and large groups.
