Beef Stew With Red Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 good lean beef roast, cut in chunks and browned in olive oil
    2 or 3 large onions, sliced
    3 cloves garlic
    1 lb. or more fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. catsup
    potatoes, cut into chunks
Preparation
    Cover with enough red wine to cover the entire ingredients. Cover and put in oven at 325\u00b0 for at least 1 hour.
    Serve with homemade bread and a good salad.
