Old Fashioned Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Whip eggs and sugar until creamy.
    Add milk, melted butter and vanilla.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 300\u00b0 until firm.
