Bologna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. tenderizing quick salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
-
Mix and shape into 3 long rolls.
Wrap in Saran Wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Remove wrap.
Bake in pan at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
