Rosemary Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. rosemary
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 1/2 c. honey or honey and sugar
    red food coloring
    1 bottle liquid pectin or 1 box powdered pectin
    parsley
    chervil
    chives
    tarragon
    bay
    parsley
    thyme
    thyme
    marjoram
    lavender buds
    savory
    fennel seed
    basil
    mint
    oregano
    bay (should be powdered)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. savory
    1 Tbsp. lavender buds
    2 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
Preparation
    Mix well, crush lightly and taste.
    Add a little to cottage cheese to gauge the taste with food.
    Add more of one or another herb to suit your taste or try the following recipe.
