Salmon Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 3/4 oz.) can Honey Boy salmon
    8 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    2 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, cut into thin strips
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    oil and vinegar dressing
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Toss flaked salmon with remaining ingredients, except dressing, in a large serving bowl.
    Toss with oil and vinegar dressing and serve.
    Makes 8 servings.
