Sweet Potatoes And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients

round slices of sweet potatoes
round slices of apples, cored
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

In 9 x 13 baking dish, place sweet potatoes and then top with apples. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over apples and sweet potatoes. Dot with butter and cover with marshmallows. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
