Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 to 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. raw apples, chopped fine
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Beat eggs, oil and sugar.
Sift flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and add to sugar mixture.
Stir in vanilla, apples, pecans and coconut with big spoon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in tube pan.
