Ham And Egg Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cooked ham
plain pastry
6 eggs
seasonings
Preparation

Remove fat from ham and cut into small cubes.
Beat eggs slightly and add ham.
Season as desired with a few drops of Worcestershire sauce or onion juice.
Line 8-inch pie pan with pastry.
Pour in egg and ham mixture.
Put on top crust.
Prick with fork.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 more minutes or until set.
Serves 4.
