Yogurt Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. yogurt
    1/2 banana
    dash of cinnamon (if desired)
    1/4 c. other fruit: canned pineapple, apricots, mandarin oranges, fresh or frozen berries, etc.
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients for 1 minute and pour into glasses. Makes 1 cup.
