Easy Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (Pillsbury All-Ready)
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cooked, cubed ham or 1/2 lb. fried and drained sausage
    1 c. fresh broccoli, blanched and well drained
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare pie crust according to directions for filled one crust pie.
    In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, dry mustard and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Layer meat, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust lined pan.
    Pour egg mixture over the top. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes and serve.
