Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot pear juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1 large can pears, drained and mashed
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 pt. cream, whipped
    1 small bottle maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Drain juice from pears into saucepan.
    If there is not enough, add water to make 1 cup.
    Heat to boiling and remove from fire. Dissolve gelatin in hot pear juice.
    Mix in pears and softened cream cheese.
    Cool.
    Fold in whipped cream and cherries.
    Turn into desired mold.
