Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
22 Ritz crackers
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg whites and baking powder until stiff.
Add sugar, pecans and Ritz crackers and mix well.
Pour into well buttered baking dish.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
