Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 c. canned whole tomatoes with liquid
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. salsa
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 (14 oz.) cans kidney beans with liquid
    1 (17 oz.) can corn with liquid
    1 to 2 c. water
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion together in butter.
    Add hamburger and brown.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Combine mixture with remaining ingredients, except cheese, in a large kettle.
    Simmer 1 to 2 hours, adding water as needed.
    Ladle into bowls and top with grated cheese.
