Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1 c. sugar
1 c. green peppers, chop, dice or blend
1 c. onions, chop, dice or blend
1 c. celery, chop, dice or blend
1 c. carrots, chop, dice or blend (if desired)
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation

Boil oil and vinegar together and cool.
Add remaining ingredients in large bowl at least 24 hours before serving. Cover bowl with Saran Wrap or put into Tupperware bowl with lid and put in refrigerator.
Stir frequently.
