Honey Carrots And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. small onions
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, bring carrots, onions and water to a boil.
    Cover and cook until carrots are crisp-tender.
    Drain.
    Put vegetables in a serving dish and keep warm.
