Meat And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. celery
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    potato chips
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain fat.
    Mix with remaining ingredients. Place in a large greased casserole and cook for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Cover with crushed potato chips and return to oven for 30 minutes longer.
