Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. liquid (water, broth, liquid from thawing frozen broccoli)
    8 oz. cheese food
    3 eggs
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli; drain and place in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Cook onion in margarine until tender.
    Stir in flour.
    Add liquid slowly and stir until smooth.
    Add cheese food and stir until melted.
    Remove from heat; cool slightly and add eggs, one at a time, beating until well mixed.
    Pour cheese mixture over broccoli and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
