Pumpkin Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 large eggs
1 1/2 c. corn oil
1 c. pumpkin (1 lb.)
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs until lemon color; add oil.
Sift dry ingredients together and add, alternately with the pumpkin, on low speed. Stir in walnuts.
Bake in ungreased tube pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Check after 1 hour.
Completely cool before removing cake from pan.
