Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c sugar
    1 Tbsp butter, softened
    1/2 c milk
    1 c plain flour
    2 Tbsp, baking cocoa
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 c walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients together. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; Stir into the sugar mixture, add walnuts. Pour into a greased 9 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle topping over batter, add water, (DO NOT STIR AFTER WATER IS ADDED) and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Then top with hot fudge and ice cream if desired.
