Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bran
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. seedless raisins
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift and mix all dry ingredients, then add buttermilk and eggs, then shortening.
    Bake in hot oven at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Grease tins well.
    Makes about 20 small muffins.
