Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    5 potatoes, shredded
    5 potatoes, cubed
    1 bunch celery, diced
    1 lb. carrots, shredded
    1 large onion, diced
    4 cans cream of celery soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 c. chopped ham
Preparation
    Cook water, potatoes, celery, carrots & onion until tender. Add soup, cheese and ham.
    Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
