Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    3 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Generously grease bottom only of two 9 x 5 x 3-inch baking pans.
