Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. water
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, eggs and water.
    Beat at medium speed. Combine next 5 ingredients.
    Add to egg mixture until moistened. Stir in potatoes, pecans and raisins.
    Spoon into 2 (1 pound) coffee cans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
