Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (not the soft kind)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drain juice)
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. finely chopped pecans (set 1 c. aside)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except for the 1 cup pecans.
    Roll into a ball.
    Roll ball over the remaining nuts until coated.
    Chill. Let set 24 hours before serving.
    Set out an hour or so before serving.
    Great on Triscuits.
    Keeps well.
