1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
dash of salt
5 large eggs or 6 small
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix as you would any pound cake; set oven at 325\u00b0 and cook 1 hour and 25 minutes.
