Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans kidney or small red beans
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    salt, pepper and hot sauce to individual taste
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add onion and green pepper, just before completely browned.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 1/2 hour.
