Microwave Meat Loaf And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. tomato ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 pkg. French's onion soup mix (dry)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well except onion soup mix.
Save this for later.
Make meat mixture into a loaf.
Place in a deep microwave casserole dish and microwave for 16 minutes on High.
Mix onion soup mix as directions say on package.
Pour over meat loaf and return to microwave and bake for 3 to 4 more minutes.
Good with mashed potatoes.
