Tomato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. unprocessed bran
    1 3/4 c. water or tomato puree (or half/half)
    6 c. flour (2 c. wheat and 4 c. white)
    1 egg (but not necessary)
    flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Blend well and make smooth. Add flour until you can't
    knead anymore.
    Knead about 10 minutes.
