Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, softened
    1 c. pinto beans, cooked and mashed
    4 eggs
    1 large can coconut
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients.\tPour into 3 unbaked pie shells. Bake at\t300\u00b0

    1 to 1 1/2 hours until golden brown.
    Cool completely before slicing.
