Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. pinto beans, cooked and mashed
4 eggs
1 large can coconut
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

1 to 1 1/2 hours until golden brown.
Cool completely before slicing.
