Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin, mashed
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar plus 1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. canned milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 Tbsp. orange peel
    1 small box raisins
Preparation
    Makes approximately 2 pies.
    Cook pumpkin and whip well in the mixer.
    Take
    beaters
    out\tand rinse.
    Replace and add sugar and butter, beat until smooth.\tAdd eggs, one at a time. Add milk. Add
    rest of ingredients.
    Beat 1 minute until well mixed.\tBake in uncooked
    shell\tat
    350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes to 1 hour on a cookie sheet.
    Remove from oven and place on a rack until cold.
