Virginia Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    2 whole eggs
    2 egg whites
    1 c. corn meal (self-rising) or 3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    margarine (size of a walnut)
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    450\u00b0.
    Stir
    meal into 2 cups of milk and let come
    to
    a
    boil over a low heat.
    (It makes a mush.) Then add the
    remainder\tof the milk, well beaten eggs and egg whites, salt,
    baking
    powder
    (if used) and melted margarine. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
