Garlic Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    6 oz. cheese
    milk
    1 c. quick grits
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (scant)
Preparation
    Break 2 eggs in a one cup measuring cup and fill with milk. Stir well.
    Cook 1 cup quick grits with salt; add margarine and stir well.
    Add cheese and garlic powder.
    Add to milk/egg mixture. Mix. Bake in buttered casserole for 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
