Easy Jalapeno Cheese Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. diced sweet onion
2 jalapenos, diced fine

Preparation

Prepare mix according to directions. Stir in jalapenos, onion and cheese. Bake according to box directions.
