Sweet And Sour Meatballs (Venison) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison (hamburger)
    1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 onion, chopped fine
    3 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Combine venison, onion, celery, bread crumbs and eggs to make meatballs.
    Place in deep-sided baking dish.
    In bowl, mix cranberry sauce, sauerkraut and barbecue sauce.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
