Microwave Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 lb. chuck ground meat, cooked
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Combine onion and green pepper in a 5-quart casserole or bowl. Cover and microwave on High for 6 to 7 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
    Stir.
    Cover and microwave on Medium (50%) for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let set for 5 minutes.
    Serves 8.
