Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. hen, stewed, deboned and chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. almonds, slivered
6 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except potato chips and place in an ungreased casserole dish.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
