Easy Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    27 whole graham crackers, halved
    3 c. cold milk
    2 pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
    12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
    16 oz. ready-to-spread chocolate fudge frosting
    strawberries
Preparation
    Arrange half of the crackers on the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking pan, breaking crackers, if necessary, to fit.
    Pour milk into a large bowl and add pudding mixes.
    Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
    Spread half of pudding mixture over crackers.
    Place half of the remaining crackers over pudding; top with remaining pudding mixture and crackers.
    Remove top and foil from frosting and microwave on high 1 minutes or until pourable. Spread evenly over crackers.
    Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Cut into squares to serve.
    Garnish with strawberries.
