Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken thighs (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    ground parsley
    black pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 bell peppers
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Remove skin and fat from chicken.
    Put into a 3-quart casserole dish. Add seasoning, parsley, black pepper, garlic, tomatoes (poke holes in tomatoes) and tomato sauce.
    Mix.
    Put into a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Slice bell peppers and mushrooms. Add to casserole and return to oven until peppers are tender, not soggy.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
    Serves 4.
