Sweet Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground meat
1 (8 oz.) water chestnuts, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
4 tsp. beef flavor instant bouillon
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. diced red and green peppers
2 c. broccoli/cauliflower
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients to make meatballs.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
In saucepan, combine next 6 ingredients and cook until thick.
Add vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add meatballs.
Serve over rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
