Good Enough To Be Called Dessert, Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) lime jello
    2 c. boiling water, divided
    1 (15 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (retain juice)
    1 (6 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1 c. pecan pieces
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Combine canned juice, retained juice and water to make 2 cups. Add to hot mixture. Refrigerate until partially congealed. Fold in Cool Whip. Combine with jello mixture and refrigerate in 9 x 13 dish.
