Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Packages (4 oz.) Instant Vanilla Pudding
    3 Cups Milk
    1-9 oz. Cool Whip
    Honey Graham Crackers (approx. 45)
    1 Container Chocolate Icing
Preparation
    Mix milk and pudding with hand mixer until thickened.
    Add the Cool Whip and set aside.
    Line bottom of 9x13 pan with graham crackers.
    Pour 1/2 the pudding mixture over the crackers.
    Add another layer of crackers and pour the remaining pudding over them.
    Add a top layer of graham crackers.
    Warm up the chocolate icing and pour over top.
