Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 potatoes, boiled, diced and salted
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can pimentos, diced
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 stick butter, melted
milk (enough to moisten well)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except butter. Pat in large casserole dish. Mix well. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
