Sunday Nite Cube Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 cube steaks, serving pieces size
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) jar beef gravy
Preparation
    Flour steak and brown on both sides.
    Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Drain mushrooms, reserve liquid.
    Add enough water to the liquid to make 1 cup.
    On top of steak, sprinkle soup mix, mushrooms and onions.
    Then pour on the juice and gravy. Cover with foil and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Feeds 4 to 6 people.
