Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 c. carrots, finely shredded
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Use cream cheese frosting.
