Sausage And Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) sausage (brown and serve type)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    8 1/4 oz. pineapple chunks (reserve 1/3 juice)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except sausage and pineapple over heat until smooth.
    Cut sausage into thirds and heat through.
    Add sausage and pineapple to sauce.
    Keep hot in fondue pot for appetizer.
