No-Fat Almond Fruit Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. water
    1 1/4 c. blanched almonds
    2/3 c. plus 6 Tbsp. sugar
    6 large apricots
    6 large plums
Preparation
    Put fruit in a pan with 6 tablespoons sugar and the water. Cook until fruit is soft.
    Put almonds in blender with 2/3 cup sugar and ground fine.
