Vegetarian Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can vegetarian scallops, diced
onion
celery
red and green peppers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Saute the vegetables while chopping or dicing the scallops. Mix all of the ingredients, including the mushroom soup.
Pour into a casserole dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
