Ever-Ready Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. honey or 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in a very large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
    Add eggs, buttermilk and oil; stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
    Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to bake.
    Keeps up to 6 weeks.
    To bake, spoon batter into greased muffin tins pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 5 1/2 dozen.
