Cabbage Rolls Kaldomar(Sweden) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    6 to 8 large cabbage leaves
    1 can tomato soup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. water (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Add meats and rice. Beat together. Steam cabbage leaves until limp.
    Drain.
    Place ball of meat mixture on each leaf at the thin end part; fold in sides and roll heavy vein part to the top. Fasten with a toothpick.
    Place rolls in baking dish.
    Blend soup, brown sugar and salt together.
    Add water, if desired.
    Pour over cabbage rolls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done. Serve with boiled potatoes.
    Yields 6 servings.
